The check-in is granted from 3.00PM until 10.30PM at 47 Boutique Hotel – via Petroselli 47 (just 5 minutes away from the apartment). After that someone from our staff will take you to the apartment.
Check out is available within 11:00AM with the possibility to keep your luggage in the hotel’s storage room.
10% restaurant voucher
By staying at 47 Luxury Suite Colosseo, you will get a food & beverage voucher valid only once that will allow you to have a 10% discount on the panoramic terrace of 47 Circus Roof Garden or at Parole in Libertà bistro (Via Luigi Petroselli 47).
Rules
47 Luxury Suite Colosseo can accommodate up to 8 people for a minimum stay of 2 nights. Check-in is always scheduled from 3PM to 10:30PM, while check-out by 11AM (knowledge of arrival and departure times is appreciated). The transfer included is intended for a single trip to or from the airports and stations of Rome.
Housekeeping is availableevery 3 days only for stays of 5 nights or more.

Spacious, incredible view, well stocked and the communication is excellent. Would recommend any family staying in Rome.
Don’t stay anywhere else. Stay here. The place is incredible and it is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The hotel staff is beyond incredible, the location, the unit. Everything was absolutely top notch. It felt like home the entire time. You will want for nothing. Plenty of knives, forks, kitchen utensils. You name it, they have it!

This was the most incredible stay we have had in Rome. The apartment is simply magnificent and our host, Enrica, made the experience amazing. We had food in the fridge waiting for us, a Christmas tree upon my request, and an unbelievable view of the colosseum right outside our window. Our family of six had more than enough room and we explored the city from this perfect location. We had airport pickup and transport to the apartment after a quick check in at the hotel. Nothing gets missed! Look no further for the perfect Airbnb for your family or group!
